Night time in February/March

Hello all,
I am planning my 6th trip to Japan from February 16th to March 10th but for the first time in winter.
To prepare correctly my planning, I am wondering at what time the night comes in the following places :
- Kyoto area : mid February
- Yaeyama islands : end of February
- Matsumoto area : beginning of March
- Nikko, Hiraizumi also beginning of March.

Below are sunset times:
Kyoto mid February: around 17:40
Ishigaki in late February: 18:45
Matsumoto, Nikko and Hiraizumi in early March: 17:30 to 17:40
