Festivals on mid-Oct 2013 (around Tokyo)

I'm back again with another (bunch) of questions!

PS: I've wrote this before but it looks like I might've not signed in bcoz I didn't see the bookmark. if this is a double post, please delete it.

So I'm finally going to Japan on 18-25 Oct 2013 (arriving and departing midnight) via Haneda and will only be staying in Tokyo for the whole week. I already found one event during my stay which is Kawagoe Float Festival on 19-20 Oct.
So my questions are:

1. is there any other event or festivals during my stay in or near Tokyo?
2. last year Kawaguchiko Autumn Festival was held on 27 Oct-18 Nov. is there any chance it could start early this year?
3. is there any spot near Tokyo that is on their autumn peak during my stay? I would love to see some (any) colors!

yes I know it's a bit too early for my question, but I'm planning way ahead in order to grab some hotels deals ^^

btw, from ur vids, where can I see those flowers? I know Oze, but I dunno where the other two is (Kochia and Cosmos)..
