He's not interested. He sounds like he was just being generous. Go out make, friends your age or get to know people out of work. It's just a little girl crush. You really do need alot more growing up to do.

Aww... that's so cute... I honestly do not know if he likes you, though at this stage, it's too early to tell. Wait for an opportunity for a little while you still have a clouded judgement. Then you could just jump the gun and take the risk with confidence. Good day.
