Brianna, For "Tokyo," all I can say is that the seven-digit number will start with a "1". Anyone attempting to look it up will need to know the city or "-ku," and the town name. So maybe you can post the address WITHOUT the exact street numbers and the building name?

There are dozens apon dozens of postal codes for Tokyo, it depends where in Tokyo you want to send it to, then then that part might have many different postal codes.
Assuming its a company whats the company name? Address? street?

Depending on where you are from, I know the United States Postal Service when sending packages, requires the postal code to be listed on the package/letter.

I would think the various threads would make it clear already, but anyway:
NAME X-XX-XX Higashiyoshino-cho Tokushima-City, Tokushima (POSTAL CODE) JAPAN
Postal code can be on its own line, there are variations, as long as its listed there its okay.

Also, I am mailing this from Hawaii to Japan so do I have to change anything?

As it has the street number, city name, and prefecture name, you don't really have to have the postal code. Just add "Japan"as shown. If you definitely want to add the postal code, it will be:
Mr/Ms. AAA BBB X-X-XX Miwa Kurashiki City, Okayama 710-0052 JAPAN
