Yes, according to my understanding, Icoca will become the most widely accepted IC card in Japan after March 23.
Sorry to be repetitive: Now I am totally confused!!
SO: Uji:
we are travelling in late October/early November 2013
For use in Sendai, Tokyo, Kanazawa??,Nagoya, Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Himeji) would we be better off purchasing ICOCA cards, and just using up what is left on our Suicas (lees than 1000Y): I had thought of just recharging our Suicas
BUT we arrive in Tokyo, and go to Sendai then Kanazawa..but we cant actually buy ICOCA until we get to Kansai, right??
