May 14, 2018 - Odaiba (お台場)
Odaiba is a man made Island with lots of shops and futuristic things to come. I would call it a showcase of new inventions on the horizons. Every time I travel to Japan I visit Odaiba and I recommend that you do too. There is so much to do and most of it is enclosed so I would recommend it on a rainy day. There are a few malls here for shopping. There's a number of showcases here that showcase new inventions to come. One of my favorite places to visit is the Takoyaki Museum where you can actually eat some yummy takoyaki. There are numerous restaurants as well. You can catch the fully automatic train Yurikamome or a ferry taxi to Odaiba. There are other ways as well but I recommend those two options.
In the photo I posted: I would love to operate a shinkansen one day, My wife snapped a photo of me having fun in the yellow shinkansen. A man can dream right!?!
