Hello Friends,
I have to write this in formal Japanese:
Please forgive me for any errors in my email as I am not very good in writing Japanese emails.
I have a small baby therefore it is not possible for me to visit your office or meet you during the weekdays.

Since you ask for "formal" Japanese, I'm putting it in polite speech with some respectful/humble expressions thrown in as appropriate for a business e-mail.
Please forgive me for any errors in my email as I am not very good in writing Japanese emails.
Nihongo de meeru wo kaku no wa amari tokui dewaarimasen. Nihongo no machigai ga arimashitara o-yurushi kudasai.
I have a small baby therefore [unfortunately] it is not possible for me to visit your office or meet you during the weekdays.
Chiisai kodomo ga orimasu node, ofisu ni o-ukagai shitari heijitsu ni o-me ni kakaru koto wa, zannen nagara, muzukashii desu.
