Kobe Beef in Tokyo

We will be spending two nights in Tokyo, and two nights in Nara. We would like to have a Kobe Beef dinner, but we hear it is expensive.

For two adults, about how much should we a lot for this meal? I was thinking about \30,000 or so. Am I close at all?

Also, could someone please recommend a nice place either in Nara/Kyoto or Tokyo? Where would it be better? Where would it be cheaper?
