8BB76E1's answer is perfectly fine, it is neutral and in formal tone. Considering that ShianeG didn't give any background, or who (which gender) is saying, and other details, that would be the right answer.
The sentence given by maron is in female speech, in a pleading tone. That would be fine too, if it fits in with the setting.
