My fience is coming to japan on business i would like him to buy a pair of high quality japanessse steel hair cutting scissors. Could you please give me a place to go. and a couple salons he can visit for me.. Thank you. Tracy

Im not sure but what about going to demartment, ドンキホーテ(donki ho-te)or drug store like マツモトキヨシ（matsumotokiyoshi).
