Need Travel advice for Japan

Hello
I am a 48 year old white male from Arizona USA and I would be visiting Japan in June by myself.
I want to go to traditional Japanese places, like Onsen, Yakiniku, drinking, tea ceremony, bath houses, massage, acupuncture. I also like seing nature and meeting Japanese poeople.
Is there a place where I can find a person to show me around at different cities I go? I do not mind paying for expenses for escorting me. Any advice please?

you can also use the "friends" section on this site. Make friends in the cities you will be travling to before you go. they can teach you about their different areas, what there is to see.
