Second hand stores in Kyoto for toys/figures

I'm looking for second hand stores that have a good section for used toys and figures in Kyoto or in Shiga preferably but would be willing to venture out to Osaka.

Are there any chain stores that I should be looking out for?

If you're looking for anime type toys/figures your best bet would be to go to Osaka to the Namba area and go to DenDen town. It's Osaka's Akihabara with electronics, maid cafes and anime/manga stores that sell both new and used items.

Other than that, you could probably look at HardOff (part of the Book Off chain) or other recycle shop type stores as they sometimes sell toys/figures.

You really should visit Mandarake in Umeda and Grandchaos in Shinsaibashi
