Trying to dye hair, can someone translate

I have purple hair and ran out of hair dye while here in Japan. I brought Decor colour coat, I figured most hair dye would have a similar process but I don't want to take any chances.
Can anyone translate this for me, I'm guessing the text that cant be copy and pasted is the directions

time : with steam,non-steam,parmanent 分:min[7]

wash,remover(if on skin) then shampoo and rinse[9-10]
styling [11]

No special technics.
