I think he's a Kabuki actor. I saw him a while ago at Ise shrine.
But would really like to know who he was !
At the time, there were so many people following him and trying to take pictures.

Since your photo shows only small part of his face, I'm not 100% sure, but he might be 和泉元彌 (Izumi Motoya - Izumi is his family name), a Kyogen actor, not Kabuki.

That's Motoya Izumi, a Noh/Kyogen actor. Did he have his mother in tow?
