Late dinner in Hakone?

We will be arriving by car from the direction of Matsumoto-Fuji to Gora (Hakone) quite late in the evening. Too late to have dinner at our hotel. I would hugely appreciate any advice where we could have not very expensive dinner or buy some food to take away on approach from Fuji or in Gora.

Most or all Hakone restaurants close early around 8 pm. Most tourists have dinner at their ryokan/hotels. It will be best to eat before comng into Hakone, if you are arriving later than 7pm as the last order is 30min. before closing.
