Hey!
I'm supposed to send a letter to someone but i'm having a bit of a problem with their address:
otsu shi ichiriyama x chome xx-xx xxxxxxx haitsu shiga ken
How should i put it?
They also didn't remember their postal code.
I hope someone can answer :)

I would use
xxxxxxx Haitsu #(insert apt # here)
Ichiriyama x-xx-xx
Otsu City, Shiga 520-2153
or alternatively
#(insert apt # here) xxxxxxx Haitsu
x-xx-xx Ichiriyama
Otsu City, Shiga 520-2153
520-2153 is the postal code.
