Actually my dad studied University in America year 1978 and that time he went with few guys, and they were going as every guy will live with a family and these families.

It wasn't chaos, but there was an specialized institute for such cases...or is Japan different

Are you looking for someone to sponsor you as having a place to live while you're there?

The OP is probably looking for a student exchange programme with homestay in Japan.

Leave me alone, this is the link for the Japanese embassy in Amman. You can also send them an e-mail and ask them what kind of student exchange programmes they have for Jordanian students in Japan.
Good luck!
