外人さんは何をみーとぅーっつっんだろ(--;) i've already translated it with internet translators like google etc. It would be good if someone could translate it who is fluent in Japanese. Thanks! :-)

This part with みーとぅーっつん is quite colloquial that I cannot be 100% sure, but my guess is:
- I wonder what that foreign visitor wants to see? - I wonder what that foreign visitor is saying he wants to see?

Hi,
As AK wrote, "みーとぅーっつん" seems to be too colloquial, or even unnatural for Japanese. AK might be correct, but my alternative guess is that "みーとぅ−” is "me too" so that the entire sentence might mean:
What does this foreigner want to say by "me too"?
