Make a nickname using Japanese puns? 2013/3/31 11:28
I enjoy the usage of puns in Japanese and I was wondering if someone could help me create a nickname from a play on the words cat or neko and an adjective to match it.

One idea I have is:
コピーキャット - 珈琲猫 - 恋猫

Because kohi(coffee) sounds like koi(love).

I'm not sure if that's correct. If you can make something better, please share it. If you can make a kanji for it, that would be great.

I like stray cats too. So if you can make a wordplay out of it, that would be great too.

Puns are great! They can be quite pun. ^_^

Interesting, you are good at Japanese.
To be sure, コピー(kopii) sounds like 珈琲(koohii).
But unfortunately, コーヒー(koohii) not sounds like 恋(koi) because no long vowels.
BTW, 猫カフェ(cat cafe) is very popular in Japan.
