Thank you @eswnwgr !

But wondering why 'Hama' is depicted there.. Does not seem to be related to the museum or the description on the marble plaque.

This is a monumental stone and sculpture for the rice futures trading market back in the edo era. The work is done by Yokoe Yoshizumi, a sculptor, and it was titled as maybe Hama. It looks like kids are playing on the beach. But I am not sure if it reads really 'hama' like beach or not.

Nothing to do with the current architecture.

I think so. Why _...?(lol

Oh, it's the symbol mark of Dojima rice market.
They called there _(Dojima-Hama) and they were dressed haori (formal short coat) marked with the symbol "_" on the back.
