Hello everyone, so i went to japan in september of last year went to sukiya to eat gyudon and it came with a glass of cold tea wich i liked but because of language barriers could not find out what type of tea it was, anyway thanks for the help in advance

Probably ”ž’ƒ(mugi-cha; barley tea).
It's very popular cold tea in Japan.
In the summer, you can see the pet-bottles like this in every convenience stores.

I just ate there the other day and it is definitely Mugicha.

Love mugicha! the iced version is so refreshing, definitely beats drinking soda in the summer.
