Can you help with translation? 2013/4/5 00:36
Hi,

Can someone translate the following for me,

Maybe ...... can take some to school and share with her friends/classmates. I think it would be nice for her friends to try some English chocolates.

Thanks in advance!

「多分...学校にちょっと持っていって彼女の友達とかクラスメートとシェアする。英国のチョコレートをトライするっての皆にはいいんじゃないかなと思う」

Just like this?

What is the situation? 2013/4/5 14:18
Yahatacookie,

It depends on who is talking to whom in what kind of situation.

For example, if a mother is suggesting this to ......'s mother, it will be like this.

...... chan ga gakko ni motte itte otomodachi to shea shitemo iito omoimashite. Otomodachi nimo igirisu no chokoreeto wo torai shite moraitai desu.

By the way though, a lot of schools forbid students to bring sweets and snacks to school. But still, students can share snacks after school, of course.

my translation would be..

(name here) chan ga ikutsu ka wo gakkou ni motteitte kurasumeeto ni shea shitara ii janai desu ka. igirisu no chokoreto wo tomodachi nimo tabesasete ii to omoimasu.

。。ちゃんがいくつかを学校に持っていてグラスメートにシェアしたらいいんじゃないですか。イギリスのチョコレートを友達にも食べさせていいと思います。
