manga question

do japanese manga publishers and magazines (like shonen jump) accept digital (then printed-out)manga artwork??or it should be traditionnal?
i asked this on another website before and someone told me that it's possible ( maybe for other than shonen jump) and another person told me that it has to be traditionnal.So i'm kind of lost...
please i need a sure information

Generally yes, they accept digitally made manga, but give them a call, anyway. Here is an example on how you're supposed to do it.
