Phone rental

I read about global advance com that we can rend SIM card or iPhone and they can send to our hotel or narita airport,, I want to ask ,, can we just rend in the airport. No need to rend now from email? Which one is better? Rent at the airport or email? Tks

Global Advance does not offer same day rentals at Narita so if you want to rent from them you will have to make a reservation in advance.
