So I ran across this sentence: 全部あいつがやったって言うの?
I understood "All these guys were killed..." but I don't know what the って言うの is supposed to say or do in the sentence.

[全部 あいつが やった] って 言うの?
I don't know the context, so I cannot be sure about the "kill" thing - it is true that the verb "yaru/yarimasu" can mean "to kill," but also it can mean simply "to do."
So I take the part in the brackets (above) to mean "He did all of that," "he did it all," whatever it is he did :) The whole sentence means: - Are you saying that he did all of that?

BTW, if it's with another intonation, also it can means... Should I say "he did all of that"?
However it's very rare case.(^_^;)

Well the scene has her checking a bunch of dead bodies. Then after she's done checking them, she says the sentence I posted.

Ok, still then my earlier interpretation stands.
- Are you saying that he did all this? - Are you saying that he did all this (killing)? - Are you trying to tell me he did all this?
