Reasonably priced bussiness attire for ladies

I will be in Tokyo (staying in Shinjuku) for two days and would like to shop for business clothes. My budget is around JPY5,000 for a blouse and JPY7000 for a skirt. I am also on the look out for quality shoes around JPY10,000. I come from the tropics-- will never have to wear wools or boots.

I think you can get ladie's business attires at UNIQLO at reasonable price.
