I am going to Tokyo and I love sushi. I know sushi is everywhere in Japan, but is there any particular shops that stand out or that are different? Looking forward to hearing your insights!

Uobei in Shibuya (http://www.bento.com/rev/4170.html ) is quite novel and fun - instead of a conveyor belt they use a high-tech transport system to deliver your order to your seat.
