Are you trying to ask a store whether they trade in/have in stock some products you are going to list below? If that is the case:
- Ika no shouhin wo atsukatte imasu ka. (Do you deal in thee following products?) - Ika no shouhin no zaiko wa arimasu ka. (Do you have the following products in stock?)

write in Japanese... - Ika no shouhin wo atsukatte imasu ka. 以下の商品を扱っていますか? - Ika no shouhin no zaiko wa arimasu ka. 以下の商品の在庫はありますか?
more simply. - korera no shouhin wa arimasu ka.(Do you have these items?) これらの商品はありますか?
