How are NPB games broadcast throughout Japan? What I am asking is do teams have exclusive broadcasting rights in their home territories? Thank you.

Yes, teams have their own exlusive rights of broadcasting their games. In other words, they have the rights to grant TV/radio companies to broadcast their games.
