If i will be arriving at Haneda Airport, where can i obtain the free wifi cards there (as in the website given in your early reply only mentioned about Narita Airport) or any places near Shinagawa Station / Tokyo Station?

The cards are not distributed at Haneda Airport. The only place to get them in Tokyo is at electronics stores in Akihabara. Its detailed on the website provided, but here's the direct links in case you can't find it:
