Where is a good place to eat more "exotic" foods like Basashi and Fugu and the like in Kyoto?

Basashi and fugu are common everywhere. So you do not have to pin-point the spot for them. Most of izakaya style restaurants are sereving those. Below is one of the Kyoto style restaurants rear the Kyoto tower. They look nice to me.
