Do you mean like "the other side" of a coin (physical), or "to look at things from the other side" (perspective, opinion)? Please provide the context, the whole sentence if possible.

i mean to look things in other way,like turn the page of my life .the sentence is just ''the other side'" because a friend of mine needs the translation for a tatoo

I doubt word-for-word translation brings a pleasing artistic result, though 一方(ippou), 他方(tahou), 反面(hanmen) or something mean "the other side" in Japanese.
