Has the Maid cafe Popopure closed down?

Just a quick question, I was in Tokyo recently and I went to try and find Popopure, But when I found where it should be it looked like it had been taken over by Mai`Dreamin.
Has it closed down or just moved??
If it has closed down can someone recommend another Foreigner friendly cafe??

Go for @Home (Hana location is nice). Never really felt good at Popopurewhen i dropped there.
