Any recommendations for places that serve delicious parfaits? Preferably below 1,500 yen. Green tea flavor is a must.

Go to the Musashi-Koyama shotengai (shopping arcade). Look for the oldish shop with the celebrity signatures and the parfait display.
If memory serves, after exiting from the station and enterinfg thearcade, you bear rright, but if I am wrong, explore the arcade and hunt for yourself, time well spent.

There is Tsujiri, a famous green tea sweets shop from Kyoto, in Carreta Shiodome Building in Shiodome. They have awesome green tea parfait!
