Correct Japanese Sentences 2013/6/8 05:07
Hi there! I'm trying to work on my conjugation of verbs and my grammar. I'm going to put three sentences down. Please let me know if I am not writing them correctly or if I'm doing good so far. Thanks for your time! ^_^

私は本へ閉じましたです。(I closed the book)
あれは車が九です。(Over there are 9 cars)
私は車が見えます。(I see a car)

Let me know what you think!
Thanks again!

私は本へ閉じましたです。(I closed the book)

私は本を閉じました。
When you say you "close (something)," the particle to use for that "something" is を. 閉じます is the desu-form, and 閉じました is the polite past form of it, so you don't need anything after that.

あれは車が九です。(Over there are 9 cars)
To say "there are (some things)," you take a completely different structure. Please look up your grammar book.
あそこに 車が9台 あります。
We use different "counters" for different things/people. The one for cars is 台 (dai).

私は車が見えます。(I see a car)
This ones says "I can see a car" but I guess this is what you want to say, like being able to see one in the distance. In this case, we take the structure of "a car is visible to me," so it would be:
私には車が(1台)見えます。
