Gas/ Petrol Stations along Romantic Road

Hi,
I was thinking of driving along the Romantic Road. Are there stations along the way providing petrol? Are they along the way? Please note that I have not driven in Japan before and am not sure with their GPS system.

Yes, while the romantic road goes through some relatively rural areas there are plenty of gasoline stations to be found along the way.
