v-preca prepaid visa card questions

Just saw this site.

I want to use this for buying stuff online. Couple of questions though..

1.) I've read that you can buy it like most prepaid cards from convenient stores. Do you need to register or do something before buying them?

2.) Say I already have the card and intend to buy something online (mostly digital codes like psn and nintendo eshop points), what info will I enter into fields such as "Name on the card" and "billing address" at the payment checkout?

1) It looks like you need to open your V-preca account online in any case in order to use the card.

When you purchase from a convenience store, you don't actually pick up a plastic card, but you just buy an "issue code," which you need to enter online, and they you can view the details on "My page."

2) I have not used the card, so I have no idea.
