Can I order a Yukata from this website?

However, I can not fully translate the page through google properly. I specifically want to order from this website.

Even though at the bottom of the top page (information about payment and shipping, etc.), they say they do not ship outside Japan, they say that they ship via EMS (Express Mail Service), with several conditions (Clause 4 under Article 17 of the second page you provided a link to)

"4. Product delivery is in principle limited to an address in Japan, but delivery to an address outside Japan is accepted if you fulfill all the conditions.
1) Pay all of shipping charges (including fees) we specify
2) Agree that no return/cooling off (cancellation) is accepted.
3) Agree to pay import duties, etc. upon arrival at the recipient's country
4) Agree to allow us to select the transport company
5) For overseas customers, cash-on-delivery or bank remittance cannot be used.
6) Are able to understand and agree to this set of terms and conditions written in Japanese.
7) Accept that no delivery date/time can be specified."



EMS can be quick (7 days or so, they say) but can be expensive.
- The procedure seem to be that in your shopping cart you select "ship to a separate address overseas", write in your address in alphabets,
- You need to pay for the merchandise first, then they will weigh the parcel, send you a URL for paying the shipping charges (credit card)
- Once you pay the shipping charges, they will prepare to ship (allow 7 days until dispatch
- THey will send you the tracking number once dispatched.

They don't mention what the fees would be, so they would expect you to understand, and inquire if needed, all in Japanese. Also the way they write assumes that the buyer is in Japan, and want to have the item sent as a gift overseas, instead of someone buying directly from overseas.
