Is My Grammar Correct?

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm doing a lesson about writing sentences that say something is there or to have (arimasu/imasu) or is not there or do not have (arimasen/imasen).
I came across a sentence I need to translate but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. It is:
"There are a pencil and two erasers over there."

This is how I translated it:
"Asoko ni enpitsu to keshigomu ga futatsu arimasu."

Did I do it correctly? I'm not sure if I shouldn't have used the particle "ni" or not, and if I should have used "ano" instead of "asoko." Your input is greatly appreciated!

Yes, "over there" is "asoko ni".
By the way, "a pencil and two erasers" is "enpitsu to futatsu no keshigomu" more clearly.

If you want to be precise about the quantity, you might want to say:
...enpitsu ga ippon to keshigomu ga futatsu arimasu.
