During my trip to Tokyo I've planned a trip to the Tsukiji Market during the morning and I'm wondering what sushi restaurants people would recommend?

Sushi Sei in the Outer Market is one of my favorites - very reliable sushi and good service, with good prix-fixe selections around Y2500-3500. http://www.bento.com/rev/0755.htmlI'd recommend against the tourist-bait shops in the Inner Market with the two-hour-long lines - they're okay, but really not worth the wait or the money.
