Hello,
What is the best way to contact japanese companies? Email, Phone? Fax???
I want to possibly do business with a company in Japan and I need to find some information from them. Having language issues. I do not speak Japanese, and they don't speak English.

If you are contacting them for the first time, either e-mail or fax. You need to hire a professional translator to help you with communicating with them, otherwise they will not be interested in doing any business...
