How to translate my Chinese name to Japanese?

Since I saw that Chinese characters are used in Japanese writing, I was wondering if my Chinese name could be translated into a Japanese name. The characters for my Chinese name are:薛亦杰 . If anyone who can read Japanese could translate my name, thanks a bunch!

The third kanji in its traditional writing is as follows, I assume:
薛亦杰
傑

The three kanji are pronounced individually as:
setsu, eki, ketsu

But putting them together does not form a "Japanese name."

As Mr.AK's says, it's very difficult.
Cuz the Chinese characters that be in common usage in Japanese
have no counterpart much to the Chinese characters that is used for your name.

In Japanese, the Chinese characters can read「セツ(setu)」,
So you can use 「節(setu)」 (more familiar Chinese characters in Japan).
But I suppose you're not worth change as above stated,
Cuz this Chinese characters「節(setu)」 have different meanings compared to 「薛」.

�A亦（yì イー）
In Japanese, the Chinese characters can read「エキ(eki)」,
the Chinese characters means 「additionally」or「or more specifically」.
So you can use 「又(mata)」 (more familiar Chinese characters in Japan).

In Japanese, the Chinese characters can read「ケツ(ketu)」,
the Chinese characters means 「outstanding」.
So you can use 「傑(ketu)」.
But,「傑(ketu)」equally likely not familiar Chinese characters in Japan.
Though「傑(ketu)」 is a more little popular Chinese characters than 「杰」...
