Jubes/Nata de Coco sold in Tokyo?

I am a huge fan of a Filipino food called Jubes which is called Nata de Coco. I can buy them at my local oriental market in Phoenix but I would like to know if they are sold in Tokyo, Sendai, or Yokohama.

Lots of places sell nata de coco across Japan - supermarkets and many family restaurants serve it. There are even drinks with the stuff in them.
