Sonicmania tomorrow - transport situation?

Hi all, I am going to Sonicmania tomorrow night, which I guess is a kind of precursor to the Summersonic music festival on Saturday and Sunday. See here: http://www.creativeman.co.jp/sonicmania/2013/It starts at 10pm and runs all through the night, although the only band I really want to see is the Stone Roses from 1.30am until 2.50am. So, my question is: does anybody know if transport to Tokyo will be running through the night from Makuhari Messe (Kaihin Makuhari station), or is it a case of waiting for the first train just after 5am? The trains around Tokyo stop just after midnight, so you'll likely have to wait for the first morning train.
