I'm unsure but google said
that flower is called (Kanhizakura; Cerasus cerasoides) or p(TaiwanZakura)
and there is 㑰(Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village) in 쓊(Nantou country) in p(Taiwan).

By the way, about Japan, I had heard there and that beautiful sakura were chosen as the greater sakura (and the 1st overseas place) by Japan Cherry Blossom Association this year.
