Japanese Language podcast for iPhone?

Hi all,

I will be driving many hours a week now in long distance carpool. I would love to take advantage of the parts of my trip where kids aren't in the car by listening to something like Japanesepod101 through my iPhone. I'm really not a techie, so when I tried to download it it said I had to install it in my computer on iTunes. How would I access it from there?

Also, are there any other podcasts you recommend to use as language study? I'm a beginning intermediate student, meaning I'm about half-way through Genki 2 text book if that means anything.

I really appreciate any thoughts of podcasts you like and how to use them on my iPhone so I can listen while driving.
