Japanese community in Cork County, Ireland?

Hi!
I'm wondering if anyone can give me insight/information on the Japanese community in Ireland. I'm a Japanese American living in California and my boyfriend and I have been seriously discussing moving back to his home country-Ireland. If we make the move, we'd relocate to County Cork and I'm just a bit worried I may be the only Japanese person in the county? I read that Dublin has a few Japanese Irish organizations and London has a Japanese community. How about in Southern Ireland?
Also, are there any good Japanese shops/restaurants in or around Cork?
