Does anyone know how to charge credits for the Global Call app? I need to use it to call my parents back in Indonesia.

By the way Skype is more easier to buy credits.

Global Call is actually cheaper than Skype. To buy credits, you can use credit card like me, or Paypal. they have a blog post here : http://uglobalcallblog.com/2013/08/1805/

You don't need 12 steps to get Skype credit. You can put credit on your account just on the website.

Plus, Skype-to-Skype is free. No credit needed for that.
