Just wondering if what I have written is correct:

Are you trying to say: I have been told that remittance into a PayPal account is possible only from a US bank. I can send in Yen from the bank on this side, so "Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ" is better?
I could decipher that, but you are missing "from" in the first sentence. I would suggest: PayPal
Apart from translation: I guess you are trying to pay someone in Japan, and you are in Japan too? Then a local bank would be far easier.
