Marriage Proposal Mount Fuji

Hi guys im sure this question has been asked before but I need some ideas.
I am taking my gf to Japan in Mid Feb next year. We are going to a few ski resorts then to Tokyo then Mnt Fuji for 4 days 16th till 19th Feb. this is where i was planning to propose.
we were looking to stay around Lake Kawaguchi.
Is this the best location? i know its winter & wont be able to hike up the mountain. but i heard its really nice there.

Where is the ultimate place to propose to her & a nice resort to stay at?

Maybe the problem would be about where to hide the ring before proposing. Hahaha!

I think it too cold to visit kawaguchi-ko lake in mid-Feb, even at daytime.
not sure about your situation, but I like to do proposing while doing night skiing with a beautiful landscape on the back.

Alternatively, if your future wife is not outgoing person, then cerebrate inside the hotel or Ryokan with plenty of flowers, or, visit Hakone or Karuizawa(you can do night skiing), ask to go for night walk and do that.

Thanks for the replies thanks for the info on the fireworks that will be a plus for later on during the night after she says yes (hopefully) lol.
I was planning on proposing at or Near Mnt Fuji
we are skiing for a couple of weeks with friends beforehand then this was our break away from everyone so i was really hoping to do it there.

Im aware that it will be cold there is no issue there we are prepared for the weather I was kind of looking for a beautiful spot with Fuji in the background maybe?
She is a pretty active outgoing person i wasnt looking for a hotel proposal.

I have not went, but I think view is the good fruit Park Fujiya Hotel.
Weather permitting, it is also seen Mount Fuji.
It is famous view so good Hottarakashi hot spring near the hotel.
It seems that some people have proposed here.

I checked out the Kachi Kachi ropeway & Chureito Pagoda these places look really nice.
these are the sort of surroundings im looking for not too much people around (hopefully)
